5% Cash Back on Reservations
How do I claim my 5% cash back on my bookings?
Simply make your travel reservations by selecting one of the travel providers in the Travel Plus Booking Center dropdown menus and then choosing your flight, hotel, or rental car at the provider's website. We'll automatically calculate your 5% cash back. As soon as your travel is completed and your payment is received by the airline, hotel, or rental-car agency, we'll process your 5% cash back and mail you a check for the full amount of your cash-back earnings, up to the $1,000 maximum per membership year. Your check will be sent out as quickly as possible, but please allow 3-6 weeks for processing.
How much cash back can I receive through the 5% cash-back benefit?

What do "Pending," "Paid," "and "Declined" mean in my 5% Cash Back Savings History account?
You can review the status of all of the rebates you’ve submitted and travel reservations you’ve booked through Travel Plus in your Savings History account. In regard to your 5% cash-back history:
"Pending” indicates that we’ve received notice from the travel provider or merchant that it’s received your payment for travel that you booked through Travel Plus. Because we send out 5% cash-back payments only after your travel has been completed, a qualifying reservation could be labeled as “Pending” for months, depending on how far in advance you booked your travel.
"Paid” means that we’ve sent out a check for your 5% cash-back earnings for a specific travel booking. Because your Savings History contains all of the reservations you made throughout your Travel Plus membership, your “Paid” purchases could stretch all the way back to your first day as a member.
"Declined” indicates that a specific reservation didn’t qualify for 5% cash back (for example, if you booked travel through us after reaching the $1,000 maximum per membership year).
